Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have concerns about completed work, please contact us within 48 hours of service so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Liability

ATX Platinum Services performs services using professional equipment and industry practices. However, we are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing property damage
• Normal wear and tear revealed during cleaning or maintenance
• Damage caused by hidden or undisclosed hazards
